National Merchandising Co-ordinator – The Wilderness Society
Astrologer Living Now Magazine, The Age Introductions & 3RRR
"I worked with graphic designer Sue Palmer over a five year period when I was involved
with The Wilderness Society’s National Merchandising Division.
Sue was responsible for designing our landscape and wildlife calendars plus a whole range
of cards and stationery and general publicity material. These products retailed in hundreds
of shops throughout Australia including major chains such as Target, Angus & Robertson’s
Myer, David Jones and the ABC bookshops.
Having worked with many designers over the past 20 years, both in my own business as
a translator and astrologer and also for The Wilderness Society, Sue still stands out as the
best graphic designer I have ever worked with. I am writing this unsolicited reference for
her as I was so impressed by her work and attitude that I still use her as a benchmark of
excellence. Not only is she a great designer, but she has a totally professional approach
to consultation with clients and delivery of the final project.
If you hire Sue for your design project, this is what you can expect:
I always had the impression when working with Sue that she took her work seriously
and was genuinely interested in our business and working with us to help us achieve our
goals, rather than just delivering a job. Sue won a National Design Award for her work
on The Wilderness Society calendars.
I can highly recommend her work."
