Brief: To build a profile for the 2011 National Championships and boost ticket sales through campaigns that appeal to members and the wider community. Deliver an event experience! Solution: To capture a festival essence the event was themed ‘THE SHOW BEGINS’, successfully shifting the emphasis from it being simply another sporting contest to an adrenaline charged spectacle. A sense of drama was created with vibrant, colourful photos and striking graphic elements consistent with the event logo brandmark. Result: Early indicators show that Gymnastics Australia will experience considerable growth in annual ticket sales for the National Event Series with the first three events generating an increase of greater than $20k. |
